We personalize and ship every order within 1–3 business days from our Florida studio. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and you will see the estimated date there.

Yes, shipping is free in the U.S. on orders of $50 or more.

As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking number. We ship with trusted carriers like USPS and UPS.

Personalized and custom-made pieces are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are not personalized can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. See our return policy.

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away at info@miamiabrand.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
