Changed medicines, a new phone number or a new emergency contact? Your QR or NFC medical ID can be updated anytime. Enter the email you used when you set up your profile and we will send you the private link to edit it.

  2. Wait 10 to 15 minutesYour private link arrives from info@miamiabrand.com within 10 to 15 minutes, not right away. Look in spam too.
  3. Open the link and editChange your information and tap Save. Your QR code and NFC chip stay the same.

I still have my setup email. Can I use that link?

Yes. Search your inbox for "Edit Access Info": that email, sent when you set up your profile, has your private link. Open it any time to edit, and keep the email so you can find it later.

I don't remember which email I used.

Try the emails you use most. If none of them works, write to us with your order number and we will help you.

Will my QR code or NFC chip change?

No. You only update the information. The same code and chip will show your new details the next time they are scanned or tapped.

Can someone else request my link?

Anyone can type an email here, but the link is only sent to that email address. Only the person who controls that inbox can open it.
