Do I need to scan every time to update my info?

No. You only need to scan or tap your QR or NFC Medical ID the first time to create your profile.

 

After that, your accessory will always display your saved medical and emergency information when scanned. To make updates, simply log in through the secure portal using the direct access link provided by Mia.Mia.

Can I update my medical details later if something changes?

Yes. Your medical profile is fully editable at any time.

 

If your medications, allergies, emergency contacts, or health details change, you can log in and update your information instantly. 

 

To edit your information at any time, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the email account you used during your initial registration.
  2. Search your inbox for “Edit Access Info.”
  3. Open the original email and scroll down until you find the button labeled “Access Edit Page Link.” Click on it.
  4. Log in using the email and password you created during setup. If you don’t remember your password, simply use the “Forgot password” option to reset it.
  5. Once logged in, access your dashboard.
  6. Select your profile and update your information as needed.

This should not happen, but if it does, please don’t worry.

 

If your Medical ID appears as already claimed when you scan or tap it for the first time, contact us at info@miamiabrand.com and our team will assist you and arrange a replacement if needed.

What happens if my accessory is lost?

If your accessory is lost, your information remains safe in your digital profile.

 

You can log in to your account to update or remove information, deactivate the profile if needed, or transfer your profile to a new Mia.Mia Medical ID accessory.

Is this a replacement for medical alert services?

No. Mia.Mia Medical ID accessories are not a replacement for professional medical alert or emergency monitoring services.
