-IT’S IMPORTANT that you double check your order before placing it to make sure the order is correct. Remember these are custom engraved items so once they are made and shipped, we can’t make changes.
-You need to write the font that you want from our three options: Arial; arial bold or monotype. If you don’t write a font in your personalization details we will use arial by default.
-Please note that our recommended limits for this bracelet are up to 3 lines and 15 characters each side. More than that will make the text look very small. So keeping it simple is the best way to go.
-Please also note this is a small tag bracelet so if you want your text to look big, split it outside and inside or go with other option from our shop. This is a favorite for people who want a subtle and discreet option 💕.
-Every skin and pH is different so we suggest that you don’t use your gold plated accessories to take showers and avoid adding perfumes or chemical substances on them. Also because it has a leather rope which can get ugly. Also keep them with no humidity to help them last longer 💕

ABOUT SHIPPING
Please note that shipping time is only an estimated and we offer free shipping on this item using "first class mail" which includes a tracking number but is only available to track through etsy or Pitney Bowes website and sometimes the tracking is not exact. This shipping class takes around 3-10 business days to deliver. Other upgraded shipping options are available during checkout in case you need something faster.
